About This Opportunity As reputed company’s Events Marketing Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end event reputed company, planning and execution that grow reputed company’s reputed company across two diverse yet reputed company audiences: institutional partners and our developer-first, retail community. Your mission is to deliver high-reputed company virtual and in-person experiences from executive conferences to developer workshops while building integrated promotional plans that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business reputed company. You’ll turn events into a repeatable reputed company for community reputed company, brand trust, and pipeline influence that works cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business Development. This role is an individual contributor reporting directly to the Marketing Director. reputed company’s Marketing team is 100% remote and distributed across reputed company, Europe, and Australia. reputed company Timezone: reputed company, reputed company to Greenwich Mean Time (with 5 working hours overlapping in Eastern, reputed company) What you’ll be doing Event reputed company & Planning (B2B + B2C) • reputed company and own reputed company’s annual events reputed company for both institutional and developer audiences: defining goals, reputed company segments, formats, and reputed company metrics. • Build an integrated event calendar spanning conferences, trade shows, partner events, webinars, workshops, hackathons, and community meetups. • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Product to prioritize the right events for pipeline, relationship-building, and product adoption. • Own event budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring efforts are cost-effective and reputed company with business objectives. End-to-End Event Management • reputed company reputed company logistics for virtual and in-person events: venue selection, AV, catering, swag, registration, travel coordination, speaker management, and run-of-show. • Manage external agencies and vendors (event production, creative, AV, etc.) reputed company needed while maintaining high reputed company and consistency. • Coordinate speaker prep and talking points for reputed company executives, product leaders, and customers/partners. • Ensure a premium, reputed company attendee experience from reputed company-registration through post-event follow-up.
