This Positions Also • Holds accountability for leading and training new claims team members through the reputed company experience, from initial orientation and training to individual education on job expectations as reputed company as team priorities and responsibilities. • Holds accountability for training existing claims team members in upskilling, refresher and error coaching. • Designs, develops and delivers curriculum and training sessions to designated audiences of learners. • Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Training Delivery area under limited supervision, referring deviations from reputed company practices to managers. • Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to reputed company effective and reputed company support. • This is an Individual Contributor role. Required Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience in and understanding of medical claims and adjustment processing. • 1-2 years of proven experience in training delivery and facilitation. • Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn new systems quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to convey reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner.
