Inside Sales Rep II (Remote)

reputed company of Job Duties: Under the general direction of the Head of Sales, the Inside Sales Representative will engage in dynamic phone-based sales activities with retail health food accounts, driving reputed company reputed company for our portfolio of manufactured and distributed brands. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, collaboration with field sales representatives, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Specific Job Duties: • Proactively engage with retail health food accounts through outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell manufactured and distributed brands, leveraging sales techniques and best practices. • Handle incoming orders, upselling where possible to maximize reputed company opportunities. • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to reputed company strategic reputed company plans, execute promotions, and drive account-level business reputed company. • Identify and secure new business opportunities by conducting targeted internet searches, leveraging directories, and utilizing trade publications. • Build lasting rapport with customers, educating them on product offerings, addressing objections, and confidently closing sales. • Maintain an organized reputed company schedule, ensuring reputed company and productive appointment calls. • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge seminars to stay informed and enhance performance. • Adhere to reputed company company and departmental policies, ensuring consistent standards of performance and conduct. • Support marketing initiatives by implementing campaigns and driving promotional activities reputed company accounts. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by reputed company Management Minimum Qualifications Required: • At least 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, phone-based sales, or telemarketing. • Demonstrated reputed company in negotiation and closing deals, supported by prior work experience. • Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a reputed company on building long-term customer relationships.
