The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with reputed company’ clients. This is a short-term W2 contract supporting our reputed company in the manufacturing industry. The role focuses on sourcing candidates for reputed company production positions such as Machine Operators, Maintenance Technicians, reputed company, Safety, and other reputed company roles. This position is fully remote, connecting with talent across multiple time zones. 1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources • reputed company an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, reputed company internet searches, etc. for as required for reputed company clients • Use a reputed company of technical tools to identify and attract a high reputed company pool of candidates • Manage referral sources as reputed company as other identified sourcing channels • Document research reputed company so they may be shared with other reputed company team members • Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking reputed company and/or sites. 2.
