Key Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers and the reputed company Resource Director to manage the full-cycle recruitment process • Assist with developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies, including reputed company sourcing, networking, agency coordination, and internal/external reputed company • reputed company applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to present reputed company talent to hiring managers • Use traditional and non-traditional sourcing reputed company, including reputed company Recruiter, job boards, internet sourcing, reputed company networking, reputed company, and networking events • reputed company candidates with reputed company, accurate information about the firm and reputed company positions • Maintain organized and up-to-date records on candidates, searches, requisition status, and interview activity • Communicate regularly with hiring managers to reputed company updates, maintain alignment, and support hiring best practices • Deliver a high-reputed company candidate experience through strong communication, reputed company follow-up, and a reputed company-organized interview process • Support offer development and negotiation by researching market conditions, peer organizations, and reputed company trends • Stay reputed company on innovative reputed company techniques and talent market trends Required Qualifications • 5 Years minimum experience in recruitment • Strong experience with reputed company Recruiter, including AI / other features and other reputed company sourcing tools • Experience reputed company conventional engineering (mechanical, electrical, energy & sustainability) in MEP, construction or reputed company field preferred • Competence in developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies • Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company ATS a plus • Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives Optional - What reputed company Looks Like (First Month) Additional Information • This is a part time temporary contract role (W2). Remote work possible. • AHA will transfer a Linked in license for use in this position Expected Salary reputed company (based upon if state requires) The expected compensation for this role, including benefits, ranges from $40 to $50 reputed company (need to research based upon final requirements) and will be determined based on experience, licensure, education, internal equity, project scope, and location.
