The position is remote; however, we need someone in EST time zone. The resource should have experience with one or 2 reputed company on reputed company. SuccessFactor along with couple of other HR Systems would be excellent.
Qualifications
Required
• Experience in HR systems delivery, HRIS analysis, or project/program management
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, reputed company, or reputed company
• Strong ability to analyze unclear requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred
• Experience with reputed company case management
• Experience with reputed company or Jira
• Background supporting HR transformation or HR system migrations
