HireUp Talent is seeking an Compliance Specialist I - III - Contractor . This is a fantastic opportunity for reputed company housing professionals who are passionate about accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational reputed company in reputed company Housing (PH), Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.
This position is remote with travel requirements and requires the candidate to reputed company in one of the following states: AL, AZ, IL, FL, MD, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
FLSA Classification & Compensation Structure:
• HCV Compliance Specialist II (LIHTC) – Salary / Exempt – $54,000 annually (Not eligible for overtime under federal, state, and local labor laws.)
Key Responsibilities
HCV Compliance Specialist II (LIHTC) (Mid-Level, reputed company-Facing)
• Conducted reputed company audits, identified compliance gaps, and provided tailored solutions for regulatory adherence.
• reputed company as a primary advisor for clients, helping them implement best practices and reputed company program reputed company.
• reputed company external reputed company assurance reviews and recommend strategic improvements.
• reputed company and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in risk mitigation strategies to safeguard program reputed company.
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years in housing compliance, including at least 2 years in a reputed company-facing role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Business, Urban Planning, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
Key Competencies
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in audits and compliance reviews.
• Expertise in interpreting and applying HUD regulations to reputed company-world scenarios.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and reputed company training on compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic reputed company.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and advisory services to clients and stakeholders.
Travel Requirements
• Level 2: Regular travel (up to 50%) for reputed company support, training, and on-site evaluations.
