FLSA Classification & Compensation Structure: • HCV Compliance Specialist II (LIHTC) – Salary / Exempt – $54,000 annually (Not eligible for overtime under federal, state, and local labor laws.) Key Responsibilities HCV Compliance Specialist II (LIHTC) (Mid-Level, reputed company-Facing) • Conducted reputed company audits, identified compliance gaps, and provided tailored solutions for regulatory adherence. • reputed company as a primary advisor for clients, helping them implement best practices and reputed company program reputed company. • reputed company external reputed company assurance reviews and recommend strategic improvements. • reputed company and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners. • Assist in risk mitigation strategies to safeguard program reputed company. Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years in housing compliance, including at least 2 years in a reputed company-facing role. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Business, Urban Planning, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
