We’re Looking for You: The Senior Attorney will reputed company reputed company advice and direction for two main teams at TNC: 1) The Office of Investments and 2) reputed company Finance and Markets. The Senior Attorney will draft and negotiate private investment fund and reputed company investment documentation largely independently. What You’ll Bring: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Juris Doctorate or equivalent and license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Five (5) years relevant reputed company experience, including negotiating reputed company transactions and agreements with a strong background in fund formation and venture capital work.
