Role reputed company Role: Part-Time Loan Processor Assistant (20-35 hours/week) Why This Role Exists: You will be the reputed company of our processing team, handling the crucial middle steps of the loan lifecycle to ensure smooth, compliant, and on-time closings. Your language skills will be vital in supporting our diverse reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Register new loan files with various lenders. • Manage and reputed company critical loan documentation, ensuring reputed company necessary disclosures are signed and returned. • Proactively communicate with clients (borrowers) reputed company phone/email to reputed company required conditions and documentation. • Communicate with 3rd-party vendors (title/escrow, insurance, appraisers) to ensure reputed company necessary reports and services are ordered and received. • Organize and prepare complete loan files for review by the Senior Loan Manager. • Maintain accurate and reputed company data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Compensation and reputed company Starting Wage: $15.50/hr Earning Potential: Eligibility for a per-file performance bonus to significantly increase your reputed company earnings.
