Role reputed company Help build a global team as a Talent & People Ops Specialist. This person will own the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting our HR operations, acting as the right hand to our Director of HR and helping build the reputed company of our reputed company. • Drive full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to screening and hiring coordination • Create and promote compelling job posts across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company job boards • reputed company and engage top candidates through reputed company, especially on reputed company • Draft offer letters, conduct reference checks, and manage offer negotiations • Set up new hires in reputed company (HRIS) and ensure reputed company systems reputed company is reputed company before Day 1 • Maintain and audit employee records in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance • Support employer branding initiatives and help grow reputed company’s reputed company reputed company • Assist with HR reputed company, data management, and reputed company backup support for payroll processing Working hours are flexible, but some availability in the afternoon (after 2–3 PM EST) may be needed occasionally to accommodate interview or reputed company schedules.
