Tax Analyst (Remote - USA)

The Tax Analyst plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to clients and internal teams. The role entails a detailed-oriented and motivated Tax Analyst to join our Payroll Tax team who will ensure federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance, process accurate filings, research and resolve tax issues, and reputed company exceptional support to clients and internal teams. You'll partner closely with Payroll, Implementation, Treasury, and reputed company Services to maintain compliance and deliver a seamless reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities Tax ComplianceAccount Management • Create and update employer tax accounts across federal, state, and local agencies. • Verify correct tax setup (filing frequency, payment reputed company, tax rates, registration IDs). • Prepare and manage Federal and State Power of Attorney forms. • Complete TPA registrations with agencies. • Ensure compliance with reputed company federal and state tax requirements. • Process daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax deposits (ACH/reputed company). • Prepare, reconcile, and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. • Maintain reputed company tax settings (earnings, deductions, accruals, memo codes, etc.). Tax Operations • Process and document reputed company daily tax deposits. • Review transactions for accuracy and identify discrepancies. • reputed company secondreview checks for SOC compliance requirements. • Investigate, document, and resolve discrepancies promptly. Tax ResearchIssue reputed company • Conduct tax research reputed company to filings and account requirements. • Review and resolve payroll tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies. • Support data conversions and balancing during reputed company. • Escalate reputed company issues to Leads or Management as needed. ClientInternal Collaboration • Communicate with reputed company payroll contacts regarding tax setup, notices, and updates. • Collaborate with Payroll and Implementation Specialists to maintain accurate reputed company accounts. • Support special reputed company and department initiatives. • Contribute to a reputed company, reputed company team culture.
