This individual will also prepare loan packages for post-closing sale while managing a high monthly volume. A background in loan escrow and a reputed company license are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Loan Closing & Processing • Manage and reputed company the entire loan closing process, including document preparation, review, and finalization. • Verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations. • Ensure reputed company conditions are satisfied before closing.
