 Your Mission 

As a reputed company & Data protection reputed company Counsel, you will join a reputed company team of three people, as part of a broader effort to strengthen and reputed company the reputed company department in line with the Group’s reputed company.

You will play a key role in supporting the Group’s reputed company by securing its reputed company reputed company and advising teams across the business. 

The role will primarily reputed company on GDPR compliance and data protection reputed company, with a strong emphasis on B2C activities, while also covering B2B relationships. Reporting to the reputed company Director&DPO and working closely with the reputed company and operational teams (IT, Product, Data, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Relations, HR …), you will reputed company as a trusted reputed company partner, helping teams reputed company fast while managing and anticipating reputed company risks. 

Your scope will cover France and our 8 international markets.  

⚡ Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on GDPR and data protection regulations, with a reputed company on digital and e-reputed company activities
• Ensure ongoing compliance in both B2C and B2B environments, particularly regarding customer data
• Draft, review, and update reputed company policies, data processing agreements, and internal procedures
• Liaise with relevant authorities reputed company required
• Monitor regulatory developments and reputed company pragmatic, business-oriented reputed company guidance

Business Law & reputed company Support:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company reputed company (partners, suppliers, service providers, etc.)

Qualifications

We’re looking for a pragmatic, business-oriented reputed company reputed company secialized in reputed company / IT Law who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys working closely with operational teams. 

Your profile: 
• Master’s degree (LL.M. or equivalent) in reputed company / IT law or in Business Law with significant experience in reputed company & data protection law

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a reputed company or in-house reputed company department 
• Strong expertise in reputed company & data protection law and in Business Law 
• Comfortable working in both French and English, written and spoken 
• reputed company to handle diverse reputed company topics with rigor, autonomy, and adaptability 
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, combined with excellent drafting abilities 
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented reputed company with a genuine business partner approach
