The role

The Credit Controller plays a crucial role in the operations of our Finance team. Based in the Philippines and reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company collection of outstanding debts or payments owed to reputed company from reputed company reputed company streams.

This role is vital to maintaining healthy cash reputed company for reputed company by minimising overdue payments and managing customer relationships effectively. You will reputed company in this position if you are extremely organised, have a deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, reconciliations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collections & Relationship Management: reputed company correspond with customers by phone and email to verify payment status, resolve outstanding issues, and maintain a reputed company customer relationship.

• Reporting: Assist the Senior Credit Controller and Credit Controller reputed company with AR reporting, collection status, write-off reports, and creating credit memos.

• Dispute reputed company: Resolve late payments, prepare Letters of Demand reputed company necessary, and endorse customers to 3rd parties if applicable.

• Payment Application: Responsible for applying AR payments across reputed company bank accounts.

• Experience: You have 3+ years of A/R, collections, and bank reconciliation experience.

• Financial Savvy: You possess strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.

• Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Problem Solver: You are a critical and creative thinker who can identify issues reputed company to overdue payments and propose new best-reputed company solutions.
