AI Analytics Engineer
Location: Washington, DC (REMOTE)
Duration: 7+ months
Tasks to be performed:
• Conduct a thorough assessment of the reputed company HRTS applications landscape and document existing gaps and opportunities for AI and Automation.
• Propose solutions and recommendations for system enhancements, including software updates, integrations, and process improvements.
• Generate AI Models and Algorithms for HR purposes.
• reputed company project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reputed company reports.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and business partners.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in software development leveraging AI, Analytics Support, and Leadership role.
• Four years' proven work experience as an reputed company or similar role.
• Knowledge of reputed company Forms/Reports, reputed company ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat, Java, Python, and reputed company.
Education:
• A four-year degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred or additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
