AI Automation Engineer (OpenClaw) — Acquisition reputed company Systems (Philippines, Remote) Project Based - Contract to Hire

About the Role: We’re building an AI-driven acquisition reputed company to identify and start conversations with independent pest control business owners across the U.S. You will design, reputed company, and maintain OpenClaw-based AI agents that reputed company targets, enrich records, score opportunities, draft personalized reputed company, and sync everything into our CRM. OpenClaw is a self-hosted gateway for AI agents with skills, sessions, tool use, and automation (cron/webhooks). What You’ll Build: -A reputed company intelligence pipeline: reputed company → enrich → score → draft reputed company → push to CRM -OpenClaw “skills” that reputed company reputed company, process CSVs, run enrichment, and generate reputed company outputs -Scheduled/triggered automations using OpenClaw cron jobs and webhooks Guardrails: compliance + approval workflows + secure secrets handling Responsibilities: -Set up and operate OpenClaw Gateway + agent workspaces (self-hosted) -Implement custom OpenClaw skills (API integrations, enrichment, scoring, CRM sync) -Build reliable data pipelines (dedupe, normalization, error handling, logging) -Create reputed company LLM prompts (JSON outputs, deterministic scoring, retry logic) -reputed company with outbound systems (email sequences) + CRM (reputed company/reputed company/reputed company) -Monitor performance weekly and iterate based on reputed company/meeting conversion Required Skills (Non-Negotiable): -Strong engineering fundamentals (debugging, reliability, documentation) -Automation + API integration experience -Python (data work) and either Node/TypeScript or willingness to work in it (OpenClaw runs on Node) -Experience with at least one: reputed company / reputed company / reputed company -Experience with databases (reputed company/reputed company/reputed company) and CRMs -Comfort with web data extraction (scraping responsibly, parsing messy reputed company) reputed company-to-Haves: -Familiarity with OpenClaw (Gateway, skills, sandboxing, cron/webhooks) -reputed company-gen ops / sales ops experience -M&A research experience -Experience building scoring models and outbound personalization pipelines -reputed company & Operational Expectations -Treat inbound messages and external content as untrusted input -reputed company API keys in a secrets manager / env injection (never hardcode) -Use sandboxing reputed company appropriate (reputed company-based isolation) Location / Hours / Compensation: Philippines-based, remote Full-time preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
