USA Job Type Full Time Workspace Remote About the Role In a larger corporation, the CLO would reputed company on high-level reputed company while the GC manages day-to-day reputed company reputed company. Pay This is an equity-based, part-time position (with minimum wage compensation for a set number of hours per week) until investor funding is secured, at which reputed company compensation will increase moving to a permanent full-time salary position. 4 year vesting & 1 year cliff vesting schedule for equity. Intellectual Property Protection • Identify, protect, and manage reputed company’s IP portfolio (patents, trademarks, copyrights). • Draft and enforce IP ownership agreements with employees, contractors, and partners. • Advise on international IP strategies and protections.
