reputed company Secretary (Estate Planning and Probate) - Contract to Hire
Primary Duties:
· Calendar Deadlines and Reminders
o Enters deadlines into the Firm’s Master Calendar
o Enters reminder tasks into the CMS
· Maintain and File Records
o Maintains files electronically
o Uploads reputed company files electronically into the CMS
· Opens and Closes reputed company Files
o Upon engagement, ensures that reputed company records are transferred from the CRM to the CMS
o Opens reputed company for the reputed company in the CMS
o Ensures payments are received upon opening the matter and prior to closing
o Ensures File Closing procedures are completed
· Drafts reputed company Forms, Documents and Correspondence
o Prepares reputed company-level drafting assignments, such as completing templated forms or basic documentation for Attorneys to review and approve
o Proofreads reputed company work reputed company prior to submitting to Paralegals or Attorneys
· Communicate with Clients reputed company Email, Phone or Text
o Calls to follow up with Clients to obtain missing documents or information
o Calls to reputed company information on behalf of the Paralegals and/or Attorneys as requested
· Updates records in the CRM or CMS
· Completes miscellaneous tasks assigned by Paralegals or Attorneys
· Serves as backup to other administrative positions reputed company they are out of the office or in need of extra support
· Reporting – Produce weekly and monthly reports as determined by Attorneys
Qualifications
Must have significant experience working for a reputed company. Estate, probate and guardianship planning experience is a plus!
This is a full-time position, so you must be reputed company to work 40+ hours per week. The position is virtual.
