Sr. Director, Cyber Products

About the position reputed company: The Sr. Director, Cyber Products is a senior role responsible for coordinating the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain. This role will partner with stakeholders across reputed company to execute the reputed company, drive product development, and guide market positioning of reputed company's cyber products, ensuring alignment with reputed company's overall business objectives. This role is an individual contributor and may have reputed company reports in the reputed company. Requirements • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD reputed company-to-haves • 12-15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience • 10-12 years of cybersecurity work experience with relevant experience in product/services leadership and program management. • 10+ years' experience working with global teams • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and the challenges faced by cybersecurity leaders. • Demonstrated deep understanding of multiple domains of cybersecurity. • Exceptional emotional intelligence. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment. • Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred. • Outstanding communication skills and ability to create compelling messages to senior executives and external business partners. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer among reputed company stakeholders. • Team oriented, reputed company, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.
