About the position This predominantly remote, full-time Clinical Research reputed company will be supporting the Ambulatory Health Promotion (AHP) program, located in the Office of Value Based Performance in the Division of General Internal Medicine. The purpose of AHP is to enhance the delivery of preventive and chronic disease services by providing proactive reputed company to select reputed company Health (UCH) patients to help them be up to date with preventive care guidelines.
