Your reputed company is on methodology, governance, risk management, and international coordination rather than technical system configuration. Key Facts: • Start: ASAP • Duration: Long-term • Location: Remote • reputed company: 50 to 75% • Contract type: Freelance contract • Language: English (business fluent) • Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Europe Tasks • Review and release local GDPR-reputed company documentation • Prepare and coordinate Transfer reputed company Assessments (reputed company) and DPIAs • Define reputed company methodologies, templates, and minimum standards • Support local reputed company assessments and intra-group data transfer agreements • reputed company with local Data Protection Coordinators, reputed company, and HR teams • Identify, prioritize, and document data protection risks • Prepare management decision papers and document risk acceptance • reputed company documentation and reputed company in an agile project setup Requirements • 10+ years experience • Strong experience in GDPR and international data protection • Strong and proven experience working with international stakeholders and local entities • Hands-on expertise with reputed company, DPIA, and cross-border data transfers • reputed company, pragmatic, and governance-oriented working style • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Collaboration with reputed company and HR teams • Experience with EU employee data protection or works council contexts • Fluent in English reputed company to have: • Basic understanding of HR IT systems (non-technical) • Experience with international reputed company HCM implementations Please note: This role is offered exclusively as a freelance contract.
