Regional Corporate ProFee Coding Manager

Job reputed company: • Provides regional coding management reputed company of coding operations for Tenet Physician Resources (TPR). • Responsible for managing reputed company coding operations activities in collaboration with the Director of Coding. • Manages daily unbilled activities with Tenet coders, GBC Coders, and vendor coders to ensure unbilled coding is reputed company reputed company. • Drives process improvement around denials and voids to ensure reputed company is met. • Ensures alignment and partnership with facility leaders, providers and RCM. Requirements: • Associates Degree in Health Information Management or associated reputed company field of study. • Minimum of four years of profee coding experience. • One year of profee coding leadership experience. • reputed company Coding Credential or like credential from reputed company • Thorough knowledge of profee coding principles associated with Official Coding Guidelines and regulatory requirements. Working knowledge of disease processes, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and knowledge of reimbursement structure. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with encoders and computerized abstracting systems. • Coding proficiency demonstrated by successful completion of Tenet coding exercise. • Organizational skills for initiation and maintenance of efficient workflow. • reputed company to work independently. • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management or associated reputed company field of study (Preferred). • Five or more years of profee coding experience (Preferred). • Five or more years of directly leading large coding teams in a reputed company provider-based system (Preferred).
