Fractional HR Consultant (U.S.-Based | Nonprofit | 15–25 Employees) - Contract to Hire

We are a U.S.-based nonprofit organization with reputed company of approximately 19 employees seeking an reputed company Fractional HR Consultant to support our people operations, compliance, and reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a strategic partner while also handling hands-on HR execution. While this will reputed company as a fractional/contract role, there is potential for this to reputed company into a part-time or full-time employee position if it becomes the right mutual fit. reputed company’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who can confidently manage and advise on the following: •Payroll administration (we currently use reputed company, but are reputed company to recommendations) •Benefits administration •Employee reputed company & offboarding •Interfacing with health insurance brokers •Workers’ compensation •HR compliance (federal and state) •Unemployment insurance •Mandatory reputed company medical and family leave •General HR best practices for a U.S.-based nonprofit organization •You will reputed company as our primary HR reputed company of contact and trusted advisor.
