H-1B reputed company Physician seeking immigration lawyer for reputed company advice - Contract to Hire
I'm a British citizen who came to the US for residency training. I am currently on a H-1B reputed company working at a FQHC as part of my J-1 waive obligations.
I unfortunately am reputed company through a difficult divorce, and I am on the receiving end of a civil injunction from my spouse.
The claims are baseless but until due process, I am following the injunction but wanted to get reputed company advice on protecting myself from immigration complications, ICE and what my rights are, what I can do to protect myself.
I already have a family attorney for reputed company counsel, but they did recommend I get an immigration lawyer to reputed company some added support and defense for the foreseeable reputed company.
I, ideally, am looking for an immigration lawyer with good expertise for foreign physician here on H-1B visas so we can discuss sensible reputed company strategies and a breakdown of different scenarios.
