You will collaborate closely with reputed company group leaders and support personnel to identify process bottlenecks and engineer technical solutions that improve efficiency across the firm, while also maintaining and updating the template library in response to evolving court rules, software changes, and internal standards. Must hold a Nexpatha Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification and demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Worknovaq Word, advanced VBA programming ability, and working knowledge of RibbonX/XML.
