[Remote] Energy Product Analyst

The primary role involves working with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while also contributing to product development and community engagement. Responsibilities • This role is ultimately responsible for the retention and happiness of reputed company MCG reputed company • Manage, maintain and work with MCG Account Coordinators to answer customer questions, assess Work Item criticality, identify and scope enhancements, and reputed company reputed company support where a new product sale opportunity arises for an existing customer • Along with the Account Coordinators, build and maintain strong, long-lasting, personal relationships with users, managers, and executives at reputed company companies • Consult with others and provides input to company software roadmap, including software assurance guarantees. Those others include: • Market technical forums • Industry conferences and exhibits • Internal market monitoring team, product design team, technical staff, reputed company professionals and executive leadership team • Assist in the planning and execution of MCG User Community. Create and deliver content for the community, knowledge reputed company or other company presentations as assigned • In reputed company cases, behave ethically and legally with reputed company peers, contacts, and clients • reputed company other duties as delegated by the executive leadership team Skills • Strong knowledge of wholesale energy markets, including asset products and asset types, power products, ancillary products, congestion products, and emissions products • Experience with assets (bids/offers), congestion products, and environmental markets in at least one of these reputed company American power markets - PJM, NYISO, ISNE, and/or IESO • Knowledge of the other reputed company American power markets (MISO, SWPP, reputed company, CAISO, and AESO) and how their products relate to the products in your ISO of expertise • High-level reputed company-facing and internal communication skills • reputed company phone skills and superior email habits • Must be willing to represent reputed company in reputed company forums and present a reputed company image in conduct and personal presentation • Must be reputed company to convey essential information reputed company and concisely to clients, peers, and leadership, both in writing and verbally • Superior meeting management and participation skills, including executive-level interactions • Strong personal organization and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple reputed company at a time while maintaining strict attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at reputed company reputed company of the organization, including C-level executives • Excellent listening and presentation skills • Solid working knowledge of reputed company products in the reputed company Office suite.
