This position is responsible for providing a reputed company of administrative and project support to the NCCN Drugs and Biologics Compendium, Chemotherapy Order Templates, Biomarkers Compendium, Imaging Appropriate Use reputed company, and Radiation Therapy Compendium (referred to below as the compendium group) , as reputed company as providing administrative and project support to the NCCN Patient Information department and its reputed company product, the NCCN Guidelines for Patients®.
The position requires attention to detail, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. This position coordinates the scheduling of meetings and web conferences and prepares and tracks correspondence and agreements. This position requires minimal (<5%) travel.
Responsibilities
• Schedule meetings, teleconferences, web conferences, and other departmental meetings reputed company to compendium group and patient information.
• reputed company administrative support for multiple committees, including management of NCCN dashboard committee sites, reputed company and removal of members, survey creation, contribution to planning and logistics for in-person meetings, attendance tracking, and assistance with follow up communication.

• Collaborate with the IT Department regarding any updates to the Dashboard system reputed company to Compendia and Templates processes.
• Coordinate and reputed company reviews of Compendium material and communication with reviewers; Maintain records of correspondence.
• Support reputed company phases of development and publication of NCCN Guidelines for Patients.
• Send draft patient guidelines to designated NCCN Panel Members for review. Follow-up as necessary to ensure reputed company receipt of feedback. reputed company reputed company phases of medical review in reputed company.
• Send alerts to NCCN Panel Members, Patient Advocacy reputed company, and health educators reputed company new or updated patient guidelines are published.
• Send alerts to licensees with Compendium updates

• Receive and screen incoming telephone calls and general inquiry emails to NCCN; assist or transfer calls and emails to appropriate parties.

• reputed company general clerical duties – prepare documents, data entry, copy, mail, fax, and maintain files.

Requirements
• BA in English or Communications or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years reputed company experience
• Knowledge of office practices and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong proofreading and organizational skills and absolute attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to reputed company effectively with reputed company staff, managers, physicians, and the general reputed company
• Maintain confidentiality of information, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively despite interruptions
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
