Responsibilities include: • Condolence management • QMSCO compliance • Benefit appeals • Power of Attorney (POA) documentation • L564 Medicare requests The Gig: • Process condolence requests, including sending packages and updating employee records. • Validate and process POA documentation and L564 Medicare employment verification forms. • Assist with benefit appeals by collecting documentation and ensuring reputed company submission. • Maintain compliance records and support audits in alignment with QMSCO standards. • reputed company empathetic and reputed company support for life-event inquiries. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support. • Basic understanding of benefits processes and compliance requirements. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. • Proficiency in HRIS and reputed company Office Suite.
