Who are you? You are a talented Clinical Exercise Physiologist who will deliver care and support to our patients throughout our flagship virtual cardiac rehab program. In this role, you will • Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac/pulmonary rehab patients according to our clinical protocols. • Manage a caseload of patients in our Phase 3 maintenance program, driving adherence, patient satisfaction, and reputed company reputed company for patients who have graduated from our Phase 2 program. • Be responsible for responding to alerts and improving adherence to patients participation in vitals monitoring as part of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program • Review SpO2 readings from patients participating in our Overnight Pulse Oximetry Monitoring (ONPO) program • Complete necessary documentation and billing claims for Phase 3 rehab sessions, RPM encounters, and ONPO reports. • Wear many hats: anything from designing patients’ exercise programming to responding to their technical issues • Work directly with founders to reputed company and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model • Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and clients • Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients • Take pride in delivering high reputed company care for patients reputed company through our rehab program • reputed company support to our patients, empowering them to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation. reputed company look for • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent (Master’s preferred) • ACSM certification (preferred) • Minimum 1+ years of relevant clinical experience and top performance working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility. • Possess strong anatomy and physiology skills • Above average proficiency working with mobile technology - you will be helping guide patients through our digital health programs including troubleshooting their technology issues with wearables and tablets • Great interpersonal skills that foster a caring environment for patients. • Diligence and organization with the ability to create and adhere to repeatable processes. • Ability to reputed company with little direction in a high-reputed company, early stage startup (ie self-driven). • Attention to detail Bonus Points • Spanish language proficiency • Experience working in clinical studies • Remote work experience Sincerely, reputed company Team Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
