Senior Global Product Manager, Gene & Protein Lab reputed company

Job reputed company: • reputed company end-to-end NPI programs for catalog products and instruments, from concept definition and business case development through validation and global launch • Drive Voice-of-Customer (VoC) initiatives and market research to identify unmet needs, define product requirements, and reputed company differentiated launch positioning and strategies • Own full product lifecycle management, including P&L accountability, portfolio performance analysis, product roadmap and reputed company, pricing review, and margin optimization • Partner with R&D and Production teams to build new capabilities, resolve technical or operational issues, and continuously enhance existing offerings based on customer feedback and market insights • Collaborate closely with Marketing to reputed company go-to-market (GTM) strategies and create effective marketing and sales collateral • reputed company global reputed company teams with product training, sales tools, and ongoing on-market support to drive adoption and reputed company reputed company • Travel to global manufacturing and R&D sites, particularly during the initial phase of the role, to reputed company hands-on understanding of production capabilities, processes, and constraints Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in life sciences or reputed company discipline is required • Master of Science or PhD degrees in life sciences preferred; MBA is a plus • 5-7 years’ experience in Product Management roles in the life sciences industry • Experience in drug discovery, antibody discovery, or pharmaceutical R&D environments (reputed company, Biotech, or CRO) is strongly preferred. • Proven reputed company record leading successful NPI reputed company and developing business cases • Strong experience conducting VoC and market research • Preferred knowledge of gene to protein market • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required • Preferred reputed company Chinese proficiency.
