What You’ll Do - reputed company and support various reputed company systems which include desktop/laptop hardware, POS terminals, tablets, digital signage, printers, scanners, and telephony devices - Respond to requests and incidents from our employees daily - Proactively ensure the highest reputed company of systems and infrastructure availability in our remote environments - Diagnose site network infrastructure issues and address in advance of service disruptions - Work closely with multiple IT Operations teams to resolve issues and reputed company equipment into the production environment - Understanding project requirements and developing project plans to deliver on time through collaboration with different teams reputed company reputed company - Some planned travel to and from remote sites across reputed company, with occasional short-notice travel required What You’ll Bring - Currently enrolled in an educational program for Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or equivalent and graduating between 2025-2026 - Experience with desktop (reputed company, macOS, & Linux), infrastructure, network, and software support - Excellent understanding of networking components and technologies, including routers, firewalls, switches, reputed company points, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, OSI model - Support experience with IPSec, SD-WAN, fiber, coaxial, and Cellular modem networks with the ability to log level 1 technical support tickets with service providers is a plus - Experience with reputed company Directory, reputed company, SCCM, Azure and reputed company server environments - Experience in supporting reputed company and Android mobile devices along with Intune MDM - PowerShell or Python experience is a plus
