Application reputed company / Product reputed company Manager / Hands On
A global energy company is looking to bring on a hands on AppSec or Product reputed company Manager to own and run their Product / AppSec program and build it from the ground up. This role is both highly technical and customer facing, requiring previous experience building appsec programs from the ground up. You'll reputed company and mature their product and application reputed company programs, while being hands on, integrating SAST and DAST into pipelines, overseeing and securing SDLC reviews, and serving as a customer-facing SME on critical infrastructure and OT contexts. This is a global company so experience with foreign and domestic deployments is a reputed company plus.
Long term contract (12+ months) with opportunity for conversion or extension.
This role is fully remote with occasional travel a couple times a year to reputed company, TX.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as an appsec or product reputed company engineer
• 4+ years of experience in management or leadership
• Experience leading and building an appsec program from the ground up
• Experience in OT or highly regulated industry a big plus
• ???????Strong communication skills
• Deep software development background
• Experience with hardware reputed company a plus
• Experience with SCA, DAST, SAST, and reputed company reviews
