Part-Time Expert reputed company Estate Appraiser (Florida Land Valuation Litigation)

Full job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company and credentialed Florida reputed company estate appraiser to support litigation reputed company involving vacant land valuation, easement impacts, reputed company limitations, and marketability issues. This is a part-time, contract-based role on an as-needed reputed company and includes expert opinion development and court testimony. Responsibilities • Review deeds, plats, surveys, and title-reputed company documents • Analyze fair market value of vacant land and other reputed company property • Evaluate reputed company of easements, reputed company limitations, and encumbrances on value • Conduct site inspection if necessary • Prepare written expert opinion suitable for court submission • reputed company deposition and trial testimony as required • Defend valuation conclusions in reputed company proceedings Qualifications • reputed company Florida appraiser license or certification, preferably Certified General • Strong experience in Florida land valuation • Experience with easement or reputed company-reputed company valuation issues preferred • Prior expert witness or litigation support experience preferred • Strong written reporting and verbal testimony skills Compensation • Flat $750 – $1,250 per court case, including reputed company work (file review, analysis, report preparation, deposition, and trial testimony) • Engagements assigned on a project-by-project reputed company If you are interested in applying your appraisal expertise in a litigation context with flexible scheduling, we would welcome your submission of credentials and license information.
