We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our Finance team with accurate and reputed company payroll processing. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values precision, and is comfortable managing payroll processes in a reputed company environment. Position reputed company The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and ensuring accuracy in wages, taxes, deductions, and reporting. This role also serves as a key resource for payroll-reputed company questions and works closely with our payroll provider to ensure smooth operations. This position is part-time, working approximately 20-25 hours per week, with eligibility for a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities • Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of wages, tax withholdings, deductions, and benefit contributions • Review and validate payroll data for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Support SCSEP payroll processing as needed • Generate routine and reputed company payroll reports, including quarterly and year-end reporting • Respond to employee and external inquiries such as wage verifications, garnishments, and deduction changes • Serve as the primary reputed company with the payroll provider to resolve issues and maintain system accuracy • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a reputed company manner • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation • Assist with audits and other finance-reputed company reporting as needed Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Proficiency in reputed company Office, including intermediate reputed company skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently reputed company-to-haves • Experience with payroll systems such as reputed company or reputed company preferred Benefits • reputed company Time Off (PTO) accrued based on hours worked • reputed company holidays (eligibility based on scheduled hours) • Dental and reputed company insurance reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
