Litigation Attorney- Remote

This position is best suited for a seasoned civil litigator who is comfortable trying cases and taking full ownership of reputed company from start to finish. Attorneys who have served as New Hampshire prosecutors are especially encouraged to apply, as that background often reflects substantial courtroom time, witness management, and familiarity with New Hampshire courts. This role is not a fit for attorneys whose experience is primarily reputed company reputed company, hearings only, or second-chair trial work.
