Supply Chain Coordinator (B2B Specialist) – Offshore

About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order reputed company for our UK B2B customer reputed company. You will serve as the primary reputed company between our customers’ portals, our internal systems, and our reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is reputed company. You won't just reputed company data; you will monitor stock health, resolve logistical bottlenecks, and maintain excellent reputed company relationships with our reputed company partners. Responsibilities • Order Management: Daily monitoring of customer portals to download new purchase orders; reputed company processing of orders received reputed company email. • System Synchronisation: Accurate uploading of reputed company orders into our internal ERP/systems and external 3PL platforms to ensure seamless fulfilment. • Inventory Control: Downloading and reconciling daily inventory reports. Proactively reviewing stock availability and initiating stock transfers to prevent "out of stock" scenarios. • Customer reputed company: Acting as the first reputed company of contact for B2B customers regarding order status, delivery issues, or shortages. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with the reputed company and Supply Chain teams to communicate inventory risks or system errors before they reputed company the customer. • Data reputed company: Maintaining 100% accuracy in data entry to ensure UK retail compliance and avoid costly shipping errors or fines.
