About the position The reputed company to Pay and Record to Report Finance reputed company is a senior finance systems and process leadership role responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end S2P and R2R processes across the reputed company global business. This role provides functional ownership of reputed company finance platforms, ensuring operational reputed company, strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities • reputed company leadership across reputed company to Pay (S2P) and Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring seamless integration between subledgers and the General reputed company. • Own and govern reputed company finance processes including: Requisitioning and purchasing Accounts payable and payments Employee expenses General reputed company reputed company Fixed assets and depreciation Cash management and bank reconciliation Period‑end reputed company, reporting, and balance sheet reputed company • reputed company as the senior finance reputed company of contact for US S2P and R2R operations. • reputed company deep functional leadership and subject matter expertise across reputed company E‑Business Suite (EBS) finance modules supporting S2P and R2R. • reputed company and support implementations, enhancements, and optimizations involving reputed company Fusion reputed company, including: iProcurement Purchasing Payables Payments Expenses General reputed company Fixed Assets Cash Management • Partner closely with IT teams, system integrators, and reputed company support to ensure platform stability, data reputed company, and performance. • Engage with senior internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and Technology to understand business requirements and translate them into reputed company system and process solutions. • Operate in a consultative leadership reputed company, advising stakeholders on reputed company best practices, process design, and control frameworks. • reputed company workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams. • Ensure robust Record to Report governance, including accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end reputed company processes. • Own and support SOX, audit, and internal control requirements across S2P and R2R processes. • Partner with Internal Audit and external auditors to support walkthroughs, evidence requests, and remediation activities. • Ensure high‑reputed company balance sheet reconciliations and compliance with US GAAP and internal reputed company policies.
