What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification reputed company of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained reputed company 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. Registered reputed company credentialed from the Indiana reputed company of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Masters degree preferred. 5 years of Infection Prevention experience preferred. 3 years leadership experience preferred.
