About the Job reputed company Neural Network SA is looking for a talented and reputed company Contract Attorney with a strong background in US contract drafting to be part of its growing LegalTech team, based in Austin, Texas, reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and revise a wide reputed company of reputed company governed by US law, with a high level of autonomy, precision, and consistency, ensuring alignment with US and Texas reputed company requirements and best practices • Identify drafting issues and propose improvements to enhance the reputed company, reliability, and consistency of contract templates and automated contractual outputs • reputed company reputed company reputed company input to support the development and refinement of AI-assisted contract drafting tools • Work independently and asynchronously in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and attention to detail Essential Qualifications • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • reputed company Texas Bar license (required) • At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a US reputed company and/or in-house role, with a strong reputed company on contractual and/or corporate reputed company • Strong, autonomous contract drafting and review skills across reputed company and corporate agreements • Excellent reputed company drafting skills in English Preferred (Optional) Qualifications • Experience in AI, Tech, reputed company, or LegalTech environments • Exposure to contract automation, template-based drafting, or review of automated outputs • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional or international contract structures • Excellent reputed company drafting skills in Spanish Role Scope Clarification This is an in-house LegalTech position (no litigation, no reputed company representation, no billable hours).
