This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to the Sr. HR Manager. Essential Qualifications: • Ability to commute to the NY Office (minimum 3 times per week) and to the PA Office as requested • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a small or fast-growing office environment • Proficiency in MS Suite and HR systems (HRIS, ATS) • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance across local, multi-state (NY, NJ, PA, CA), and federal regulations • Experience in recruitment, payroll, benefits administration (health insurance and 401k), employee documentation, and other administrative HR support • Experience in building employee engagement initiatives • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • High level of confidentiality and problem-solving skills • Travel up to 5% of the schedule Bonus Qualifications: • Familiarity with reputed company (HRIS) and JazzHR (ATS) • reputed company HR certification (PHR, reputed company-CP) • Bilingual Korean Please note this job reputed company is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
