Candidate Profile: • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong reputed company record. • reputed company Bar Admission or the ability to waive in. • LL.M. and strong tax background required. • 2-4 years of substantive reputed company experience in trust and estates law. • Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills, including experience with reputed company wills and trusts. • Proficiency in preparing reputed company presentations, tax calculations and analysis, and administering estates from probate through closing. • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage reputed company contact. • Supervisory skills to reputed company paralegals in a reputed company environment.
