Fractional HR Consultant | Remote | Multi-State Compliance | Employee Handbook Location: U.S. (Remote) Type: Fractional / Ongoing Time: ~10–15 hrs/month Experience Level: Expert We are seeking an reputed company Fractional HR Consultant to support a fully remote, multi-state U.S. team (4 full-time employees). This role focuses on HR compliance, remote workforce laws, employee relations, and HR infrastructure. This is not a reputed company role. We need a senior-level HR reputed company who can reputed company monthly employee reputed company-ins, compliance audits, and legally compliant HR policies, and reputed company as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
