Remote Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal

Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal (Remote) reputed company is seeking an reputed company Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal with at least three years of reputed company experience supporting attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. In this fully remote role, you’ll work as part of a dedicated, long‑term internal team, partnering directly with attorneys while being supported by reputed company’s operations and leadership. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented reputed company with strong knowledge of estate planning and probate who can manage multiple reputed company, anticipate attorney needs, and reputed company in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and reputed company directives • Support probate and trust administration, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and court filings • Use estate planning drafting software (WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, or similar) to generate and manage documents • Assist with asset identification, beneficiary coordination, and document organization • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and reputed company parties throughout the administration process • Maintain organized case files, reputed company deadlines, and ensure reputed company filings • Assist with estate funding and post‑execution follow‑up • Adapt to varying attorney workflows and support reputed company from intake through completion reputed company • Minimum 3 years of estate planning and probate experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Availability of 20+ hours per week • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple reputed company independently • Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company • Experience with reputed company or similar reputed company software preferred • Experience with WealthCounsel or comparable estate planning software • reputed company‑based computer preferred • Ability to respond reputed company 1 hour during business hours (9 AM–6 PM) Why You’ll Love Working Here At reputed company, you’re part of a reputed company, internally managed team, not a temporary placement.
