Position: PMO Director / Program Operations Manager (Massachusetts REMOTE) reputed company • * PMO Director / Program Operations* • ** You are required to live in Massachusetts to be considered for this role. • * Provides senior-level operational leadership and coordination for reputed company state or federally funded health transformation initiatives. Responsible for managing day-to-day program execution across grant administration, procurement support, financial monitoring, reporting, compliance tracking, technical assistance coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Establishes and maintains integrated project schedules, risk registers, reputed company logs, and documentation workflows to ensure reputed company, organized, and compliant delivery of program activities. Coordinates cross-functional work streams supporting procurement lifecycle activities (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, contract tracking), subrecipient reputed company, deliverable monitoring, and recurring reporting requirements. Oversees reputed company of new team members and establishes reputed company processes for training, documentation standards, workflow integration, and role reputed company across work streams. Ensures staff understand compliance expectations, reporting cycles, and governance processes. Monitors operational risks, identifies pacing or compliance concerns, and escalates issues to senior leadership as appropriate.
