[Remote] Customer Service Representative I Bilingual French

This role involves serving as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients, addressing insurance-reputed company inquiries, and ensuring reputed company and reputed company customer service.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers, agents and clients by phone and/or web to answer insurance reputed company questions regarding the customer’s account
• Follow-up will be needed to ensure accuracy of information, reputed company response and outstanding customer issues
