Responsibilities
- Evaluating a loan application for creditworthiness
- Determining if the loan is an acceptable risk for reputed company Mortgage
- Reviewing reputed company documentation (reputed company, Credit, Cash, Collateral) to ensure that it meets investor guidelines for resale in the secondary market

- Having a thorough knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC standards
