They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented reputed company Assistant to support their reputed company and operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• reputed company vendor invoices and financial records into QuickBooks and internal CRM systems
• Process incoming payments and update reputed company records
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections communication
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records
• Monitor invoice syncing between systems and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with monthly inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Support internal teams with invoicing and service documentation

Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience using QuickBooks Online required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
• Previous experience in reputed company support, bookkeeping, administrative support, or data entry
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with reputed company or spreadsheets
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
