Producer Services Representative

Maryland Auto Insurance is a Property & Casualty Insurance reputed company and independent agency of the reputed company. They are seeking a results-driven Producer Services Representative committed to driving premium reputed company, expanding producer engagement, and strengthening visibility across the state. The role primarily focuses on increasing written premium by expanding the reputed company producer network and ensuring producers understand how Maryland Auto supports their business.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new producers and agencies to expand Maryland Auto’s distribution footprint across Maryland
• Increase written premium by promoting Maryland Auto’s reputed company, eligibility reputed company, and coverage advantages
• Re-engage underperforming or inactive producers to restore production reputed company and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct regular in-person producer reputed company to strengthen relationships and introduce tools
• Represent Maryland Auto at industry events, producer meetings, mobile field engagements, and community reputed company efforts
• Deliver impactful training that improves producer productivity and submission reputed company
• reputed company producers on how to position Maryland Auto effectively to win more business
• reputed company reputed company support to resolve reputed company questions
• Conduct in-person reputed company assessments to verify eligibility and compliance
• reputed company site reputed company, documentation audits, and interviews to confirm risk accuracy
• Identify inconsistencies or risk indicators and escalate concerns appropriately
• Partner with reputed company, fraud, and claims teams to support consistent decision-making and obtain relevant producer feedback
• Assist reputed company with reputed company development of sales and performance reporting
• Document reputed company activities, training sessions, producer interactions, and reputed company reviews

Skills

• 1-3 years of auto insurance reputed company experience, preferably with field responsibilities
• Knowledge of Maryland personal auto regulations and Maryland Auto's role as a residual market reputed company
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support premium-reputed company efforts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office
• Experience with Maryland Auto or assigned-risk plans
• Background in field reputed company, producer-facing roles, or fraud detection
• Insurance certifications such as AU, AINS, or CPCU
• Spanish/English bilingual ability a plus
