Urban Designer

They are seeking an Urban Designer with a strong interest in architecture and cities to work on large-reputed company urban reputed company, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce creative design and planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Advances designs for large-reputed company urban reputed company using 3D modeling reputed company presentation, urban design diagramming, GIS based analytical analysis
• Prepare presentations for reputed company, private, and institutional sector clients
• Prepare and participate in stakeholder and reputed company meetings
• Prepare final reports including first draft of text and layout in reputed company InDesign. Responsible for primarily conceptual, and schematic design
• Collaboration reputed company multidisciplinary, Mult consultant design and planning teams

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture required
• Experience with large-reputed company urban and mixed-use development and planning reputed company
• High-reputed company three reputed company rendering
• Ability to work on multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Strong digital and hand graphic/diagraming to help present and explain reputed company design concepts
• Verbal communications; ability to write narrative text a plus
• ‘Software agnostic' reputed company
• Proficient with AutoCAD, reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Affinity; 3D software such as Sketchup. Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper, video editing a plus
• One-three years' experience (maximum) in Urban Design and Planning reputed company in the U.S. preferred
