Verification Support Coordinator

The Verification Support Coordinator ensures adherence to federal employment eligibility requirements through accurate I-9 documentation and supports reputed company new providers while maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify employment eligibility through accurate completion and review of reputed company I-9 and reputed company verification
• Create E-Verify cases and upload supporting documentation into the payroll system reputed company I-9 binder
• reputed company reputed company support and welcome new EOR/AWC providers by reviewing role expectations and resources
• reputed company and complete reverification for expiring identification documents
• Notify relevant teams of required terminations due to incomplete I-9s and coordinate eligible rehires
• Partner with the Compliance team to support internal audits of I-9 documentation
• Maintain reputed company collaboration with Operations teams and respond to questions reputed company to reputed company or compliance

Skills

• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Familiarity with reputed company I-9, E-Verify, or reputed company/compliance documentation
• Interest in reputed company, HR, or regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy
